Programme: Anglo Zimele Sebenza Entrepreneur Internship Programme
Organisation: Anglo American Zimele’s Sebenza Fund with Aurik as the implementation partner.
Target Market
Entrepreneurs and small business owners. The businesses must have an annual turnover of less than R60 million
Application Process
Applicants are to complete an online application form, from, after which an entrepreneurial aptitude assessment and interview will be carried out by Aurik.
Application Conditions
Entrepreneurs who are still employed have to resign in order to participate
They must posses a minimum of the following academic qualifications: A Higher National Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of working experience OR a minimum of 12 years of working business experience.
Success Stories
The programmed commenced in 2012, and five entrepreneurs graduated in 2013.
