Submit an admission file to the programme coordinator. The Faculty of Social Sciences' admission committee will make a decision about your admission.

As this master's programme is completely taught in English, applicants (Belgian included)are required to provide evidence of their proficiency in the English language. We accept the following language certificates:

Students who have completed previous studies in an Anglo-Saxon country or students who have completed a fully English-taught bachelor degree (minimum 3 years), can provide copies of transcripts and diplomas as proof of their English proficiency.

NOTE: Students have to arrange a date for their language test well ahead of their application. If you still have to take the test by the time you want to submit your application file, you can upload a proof of registration for the test in the meantime. The proof of registration should mention the date when you will be taking the test.

  1. An academic paper, proving that the applicant has a firm grasp of sociological theory, social scientific research methodology, and academic writing. This can be a student paper written during previous studies. The paper must be in English.
