We have been receiving a high volume of daily calls, and we want to make the process easier for our clients. On the other hand, the Customer Service Center with accounts originated in Oriental will open this Saturday and Sunday to answer calls from customers who need to request for financial aid by phone. The client may call 787.620.0000 or 1.800.981.5554 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Customers with accounts originated from Scotiabank Puerto Rico, and USVI can call 787.766.4949 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
